Pricing & Payment Choices
Prices are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your offer for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
Payment terms are at our sole discretion and all orders are subject to our credit approval. You agree to pay the total purchase price for the products and/or services, plus tax and shipping if applicable. We does not accept checks, drafts or money orders for orders submitted through the website. We accept major credit cards via PayPal.
In accordance with state and local law, your purchases may be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller’s use tax rate for your shipping address. You will be notified at checkout if taxes apply to your purchase.
Your payment is not refundable due to the small group nature of our retreats. However, if you need to cancel and it is more than two months away from the retreat, we may in our discretion provide a partial refund. We strongly advise taking out travel insurance at the time of booking that will cover any financial losses incurred including having to cancel your trip for any reason.
Electronically downloadable products and online courses are nonrefundable.
